  • Do I need my own lock?

    Yes. Please bring your own lock (disc lock required), or you may purchase a disc lock and any other moving supplies at our office.

  • Do I need to make a long-term commitment?

    Absolutely not! There is a one-month minimum, and leases are month to month, meaning no long term commitment.

  • Do I need insurance?

    Insurance on your goods is required. We do offer StorSmart insurance at our facility.

  • When is rent due?

    Rents are due at move-in, and then on the same day each month.

  • When am I able to access my belongings?

    Our gate access hours are 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM to existing customers. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, closed on major holidays.

  • What do I need to rent a space?

    A valid ID, debit or credit card, insurance, and alternate contact.

  • How do I make a payment?

    There are many options! Payment can be made on our website, in person between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, via the mail, pay by phone, or you can have the peace of mind by choosing auto-pay.

  • Is there a deposit?

    No. Just a one-time $22.00 administration fee due at the time of the rental.

  • How do I access the property?

    You'll receive a personal access code and be granted access 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day written notice prior to your next due date.
